- Opening of "The house" Wilfried Owen

British soldier and poet, he died the 4th November 1918. Located in Ors, he wrote his last letters a few days before the armistice was signed.

The house is open everyday (except on Tuesday) from 2pm to 4pm

It was developped in 1952. The Matisse Museum is located in a gorgeous old stately mansion which used to belong to Cambrai's archbishops.
There you find Matisse's Work and pictures who was born in Le Cateau.
You can also discover Auguste Herbin's work who is the master of the geometric abstraction.
